Returns & damage

Eligible unused fixtures may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible returns

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition with original components and packaging. A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return freight

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping and applicable outbound freight charges may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Damage or defects

Report visible shipping damage as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, damaged area, and full fixture/components so a claim can be evaluated.

Installed or altered products

Installed, modified, customized, or otherwise used fixtures are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
