Orders

Submitting payment does not obligate ELORVAN to fulfill an order that contains an obvious pricing error, cannot be supplied, or is flagged for fraud or payment risk. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the affected payment will be canceled or refunded.

Product information

ELORVAN works to publish accurate specifications for the selected fixture variant. Natural variation, production changes, display settings, and photography may cause minor visual differences. Dimensions should be reviewed before purchase.

Installation

ELORVAN does not provide installation or electrical services. The purchaser is responsible for using appropriately qualified professionals and for confirming structural support and local electrical requirements.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and return terms are described on the corresponding customer-care pages and form part of these terms.

Warranty

Where a product page states a product warranty, warranty claims may require photographs, proof of purchase, and coordination with the relevant manufacturer or supply partner. Warranty coverage does not include improper installation or unauthorized modification.
