Complimentary standard delivery is included on ELORVAN orders shipped within the United States unless a product page states otherwise.

Processing and delivery estimates

Many opening-collection fixtures are currently offered by the supply partner as fast-delivery items, but availability can change. Product availability and source pricing are confirmed again before fulfillment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and oversized fixtures may require additional transit time.

Shipment updates

When tracking becomes available, shipment information is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Receiving your fixture

Inspect the package and fixture promptly after delivery. Keep all packaging until the order has been inspected. If damage is visible, photograph the packaging and affected components before discarding anything.

Professional installation

Lighting installation is not included. Use a qualified professional and confirm that the ceiling structure, junction box, electrical supply, and local code requirements are appropriate for the fixture.
